Walk to End Alzheimer's

WALK TO END ALZHEIMER’S

The sixth annual Bainbridge Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be held on Saturday, October 22nd. The purpose of the Walk is to raise awareness and funds for research to find a cure for Alzheimer’s, which is the 6th leading cause of death in the US.

Many families at First Presbyterian Church have been affected by Alzheimer’s and know first-hand what a difficult journey patients and caregivers go though. Since the inception of the Walk five years ago, First Presbyterian Church has participated by forming a team and collecting donations. “The Presbyterian Walkers” team members will again walk for this worthy cause. If you would like to make a donation, please submit a check to FPC designated for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. If you are interested in being a member of the team, please contact Fields Varner.

Registration at 9 a.m.
Opening Ceremony at 9:30 a.m.
Walk at 10 a.m.
