Part Time position requiring primary functions of secretarial and clerical duties. Strong skills in word processing, bookkeeping and church related software knowledge is required. Ability to perform a wide range of office related duties, such as maintaining payroll, ordering supplies, managing the church calendar, maintaining files, handling church correspondence and other duties as may be assigned.
Discretion, a positive attitude, problem solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and a personal commitment to Christian faith are essential.

June 9– Leap Frogz in Thomasville. This is 7,000 sq foot facility has inflatables, bouncy house, and an obstacle course. We will leave church at 9:30 am and return at 2:00 pm. Cost is $5.00 per person plus money to eat ($5). Everyone must have socks.
June 16– Sky Zone, Tallahassee, Fl. Cost is $15, plus $2 for socks. Every parent must sign a waiver before we leave the church at 11:00 am and will return at 3:00 pm. Bring a sack lunch. Reservations must be made by Monday, 6/13. Call or text Lisa 400-4040 to reserve a spot.
June 23– Movie day– We will see Finding Dory. Call or text Lisa on Monday for time. Cost $5 for movie and extra money if you want a snack. Meet at church.
June 30- Art on a Whim– Canvas painting- $20. We will leave the church at 2:30 pm and return at 6:30 pm. Bring a snack. Parents are welcome to join and make something also. Reservations due June 23.
Choices include: Captain America shield, Anchor, Owl, Batman shield, Tractor, Football Helmet, Baseball, Football, Fish, Flower, Anchor, Dog, Olaf, Flip Flops, Butterfly, Monkey, mermaid or let Lisa know if you have your own idea.
July 14– Bowling at the YMCA– 1:00 pm-3:00 pm. Cost is $5.50. Bring extra money if you want snacks or to play games. Meet at the bowling alley at 1:00.
July 21– Tour of the Jim Woodruff Dam. Bring a sack lunch. Leave church at 10:00 am and return at 3:30 pm. We will have a summer safety course and tour the dam.
July 28– Pool Party at Marlene and Dean Free’s home… the fun will begin at 11:00am and pick up will be at 1:00pm. Lunch, snacks, drinks, and lifeguard will be provided. Meet at the Free’s home at 1908 Lake Douglas Rd at 11am.
